Hi there!
This is the blog of possibly the most impatient amateur photographer photo-taker out there.
I love photographing especially when hiking outdoors, or walking and cycling in and around cities, and I prefer to use my camera as another pair of eyes. So all photos on this blog were taken on the fly with the various mobile phones I’ve had over the years and I’ve added no filters or any kind of processing at all (apart from converting pictures to grayscale on some occasions like above). I call this “style” snapographi – basically snapping photos of whatever catches my eye.
Wherever I have lived or travelled I’ve tried to find ways to explore the outdoors, even in small ways. In this blog I include information I myself would have found useful, and hopefully someone else will too – so I don’t necessarily glorify every aspect of the places I visit and the things I see and experience.
Edit, March 2018: I’ll also be adding posts on other topics, like food, design, tech, finance, reusing stuff etc. I find the idea that a blog should follow one topic, or at least interrelated topics, boring. So it’s going to be the opposite – eclectic. You can always filter by tags if you’re only interested in a certain topic.
